Key Qualifications:

• Active and valid ME Special Education Teacher License required

• Flexibility to shift support as needed based on varying IEP schedules

Primary Responsibilities:

• Attend IEP meetings, typically scheduled before or after school hours in collaboration with staff availability and school needs
• Draft Written Notices and prepare other required documentation associated with IEP meetings
• Assist with updating and entering information in IEPs to ensure accuracy and compliance
• Provide consistent support for meeting IEP deadlines and managing the necessary paperwork
• Coordinate regularly with staff in both high school and middle school buildings to provide timely assistance
• Adjust to support needs as they vary week-to-week, meeting shifting priorities and demands
