Qualifications:
- Must hold a current California moderate/severe credential (ESN/SPED)
- Previous experience with high school students or ESN caseloads preferred
- Strong knowledge of IEP processes, documentation, and strategies for differentiated instruction
- Adaptability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, families, and support staff
- Excellent communication, organization, and classroom management skills
Responsibilities:
- Deliver individualized and group instruction to meet diverse student needs in a high school ESN setting
- Develop, implement, and monitor IEPs in compliance with state and federal guidelines
- Foster academic, behavioral, and social growth through evidence-based practices
- Effectively collaborate with general education staff, support providers, and parents/guardians
- Maintain thorough records, provide data-driven reports, and assist with student transitions as needed
