What You’ll Do:

• Serve as the Secondary SLC Special Education teacher, providing tailored instruction and interventions to students with diverse, intensive needs.
• Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs), ensuring compliance with state and federal guidelines.
• Monitor and track student progress, making data-driven decisions to adjust teaching strategies as needed.
• Foster inclusive classroom environments that encourage growth in academic, behavioral, and functional skills.
• Collaborate with general education teachers, related service providers, and families to create unified support systems.
• Utilize evidence-based practices to meet each student’s unique needs and facilitate measurable growth.

What We’re Looking For:

• Valid Special Education Teacher certification.
• Experience working with secondary students preferred.
• Demonstrated knowledge of IEP development and progress monitoring.
• Comfort and skill in addressing intensive academic, behavioral, communication, or adaptive requirements.
• Excellent collaboration, communication, and organizational abilities.
