Job Description

In this position, you’ll focus on key areas such as articulation and fluency, primarily working within education classrooms. You’ll be working exclusively with elementary-aged students, providing direct speech-language therapy and playing a vital role in supporting their growth and communication skills. Desired Qualifications:
- Active Speech-Language Pathologist license in New York
- Experience delivering services in elementary school settings
- Solid understanding of articulation and fluency disorders
- Strong interpersonal skills for collaborating with educators and families
- Ability to document progress and participate in IEP processes
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide speech-language therapy in educational classrooms
- Develop and implement targeted treatment plans for articulation and fluency
- Collaborate with classroom teachers and education staff to address student needs
- Administer screenings and assessments to identify speech and language concerns
- Maintain accurate documentation and contribute to IEPs for assigned students
