Key Qualifications:
- Active Connecticut SLP license required
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP-CCC)
- Experience working in school settings, preferably with adolescents
- Strong collaboration and communication skills
- Ability to manage a dynamic caseload across multiple grade levels
Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct and indirect speech-language services to middle and high school students
- Assess, diagnose, and develop individualized treatment plans for students with diverse speech and language needs
- Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams to foster student success
- Participate in IEP meetings and provide timely progress reports
- Maintain accurate documentation and compliance with state and district policies
- Offer support and consultation to educators regarding speech-language development and classroom strategies
