Key Qualifications:

  • Active Connecticut SLP license required
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP-CCC)
  • Experience working in school settings, preferably with adolescents
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills
  • Ability to manage a dynamic caseload across multiple grade levels

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver direct and indirect speech-language services to middle and high school students
  • Assess, diagnose, and develop individualized treatment plans for students with diverse speech and language needs
  • Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams to foster student success
  • Participate in IEP meetings and provide timely progress reports
  • Maintain accurate documentation and compliance with state and district policies
  • Offer support and consultation to educators regarding speech-language development and classroom strategies
