What you'll bring:
- Valid special education teaching license
- Experience in resource or pull-out settings preferred

Key responsibilities:
- Provide specialized instruction and resource support to K-5 students in accordance with IEP goals
- Develop, implement, and monitor individualized education plans
- Collaborate with general education teachers to modify curriculum and ensure accommodations are implemented
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation for compliance purposes
- Communicate regularly with families about student progress and needs
- Participate in IEP meetings, staff collaboration sessions, and professional development opportunities
- Model and reinforce positive behaviors, helping students develop academic and social-emotional skills
