Key responsibilities:

• Provide specialized instruction and resource support to K-5 students in accordance with IEP goals

• Collaborate with general education teachers to modify curriculum and ensure accommodations are implemented
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation for compliance purposes
• Communicate regularly with families about student progress and needs
• Participate in IEP meetings, staff collaboration sessions, and professional development opportunities
• Model and reinforce positive behaviors, helping students develop academic and social-emotional skills
