We're partnering with a school district near Sturgis seeking a School Social Worker for a full-time onsite contract opportunity. The district offers flexibility when determining caseload placement and will discuss the specifics with candidates during the interview.

Schedule:

• Full-Time

• 35 Hours Per Week

• Onsite Only

Contract Dates:

• August 24, 2026 – June 4, 2027

Assignment Details:

• District is flexible regarding caseload preference

• Specific caseload to be determined during interview

• School-based role supporting students and educational teams

Responsibilities:

• Provide social-emotional and behavioral support

• Work collaboratively with school staff and families

• Participate in IEP and multidisciplinary meetings

• Support students with behavioral and academic challenges

• Assist with intervention and student support planning

• Maintain accurate documentation

Qualifications:

• Active Michigan Social Work license/credential required

• School-based experience preferred

• Strong assessment, communication, and collaboration skills
