This contract-based position is ideal for skilled Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs) eager to make a measurable difference. With immediate openings available, you’ll collaborate with passionate teams to provide impactful support to diverse learners, including those with Autism Spectrum Disorder and severe multiple disabilities.

Openings include full-time roles in a 12:1:3 setting, working closely with students in Onondaga County, and a flexible part-time option (3-4 days per week) in an 8:1:1 program in Cortland County. Whether you’re a certified SLP-CCC or a Clinical Fellow, this environment offers robust onsite supervision and guidance to grow your expertise while addressing a range of communication and behavioral needs.

Qualifications & Desired Experience:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
  • State licensure (or eligibility) as an SLP.
  • SLP-CCC preferred, but Clinical Fellows are warmly encouraged to apply.
  • Familiarity with educational settings and experience supporting ASD, severe multiple disabilities, or behavioral challenges is a plus.
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct therapy services to students in individualized and small-group formats.
  • Participate in team meetings, IEP development, and progress monitoring.
  • Deliver targeted interventions for speech, language, and communication needs.
  • Support students in developing functional communication and social skills.
  • Collaborate with teachers, behavior support staff, and families for holistic student support.
