Qualifications & Experience:
- Hold a Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Active state licensure as an SLP
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from ASHA required
- Demonstrated experience working as an SLP in school-based settings
- Strong collaboration and communication skills
- Ability to organize and manage a diverse caseload effectively
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess communication difficulties among PreK-12 students and develop personalized treatment plans
- Deliver direct therapy services in accordance with individualized education programs (IEPs)
- Collaborate with teachers, special educators, and families to support student progress
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of assessments, interventions, and progress reports
- Participate in IEP meetings, contributing professional insight to student plans
- Adapt therapy strategies to meet the unique needs of each student within the education environment
