Qualifications & Experience:

  • Hold a Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Active state licensure as an SLP
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from ASHA required
  • Demonstrated experience working as an SLP in school-based settings
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills
  • Ability to organize and manage a diverse caseload effectively

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assess communication difficulties among PreK-12 students and develop personalized treatment plans
  • Deliver direct therapy services in accordance with individualized education programs (IEPs)
  • Collaborate with teachers, special educators, and families to support student progress
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation of assessments, interventions, and progress reports
  • Participate in IEP meetings, contributing professional insight to student plans
  • Adapt therapy strategies to meet the unique needs of each student within the education environment
