Job Description:

We are looking for a Part-Time Cashier/Host to be the friendly face of KÖY Grill. This role is essential in creating a great first impression for our guests, handling transactions efficiently, managing reservations, and ensuring a smooth front-of-house operation.

Responsibilities:

'05; Greet guests warmly and assist with seating arrangements
'05; Manage reservations using OpenTable to optimize table turnover
'05; Handle cash, credit card, and digital payments using Toast POS
'05; Take phone and online orders with accuracy and efficiency
'05; Answer customer inquiries about the menu and restaurant services
'05; Assist with maintaining cleanliness in the front area
'05; Coordinate takeout and delivery orders seamlessly
'05; Provide excellent customer service and ensure a positive guest experience

Requirements:

Friendly and professional demeanor
Strong communication and customer service skills
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Basic math skills for handling transactions
Previous experience with OpenTable or Toast POS is a plus (training provided)
Must be reliable and punctual
Professionalism and Presentability

Previous experience as a cashier or host is a plus
Flexible availability for evening and weekend shifts
