Order Picker

The Order Picker plays a vital role within a small team, directly reporting to the Warehouse Supervisor. This position involves the efficient and accurate selection of products to fulfill customer orders, utilizing equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, handheld scanners, and order management software. The role operates within a standard 40-hour workweek, focusing on maintaining inventory control and stock replenishment to support warehouse operations.

Responsibilities

• Accurately pick products to fulfill customer orders manually or with equipment
• Maintain inventory control by monitoring stock levels and locations
• Replenish stock as needed to ensure product availability
• Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and handheld scanners safely and efficiently
• Use order management software to track and document picking activities
• Collaborate within a small team of 1-5 members to meet daily targets

• Entry-level experience in order picking or warehouse operations
• Strong time management skills to meet deadlines
• Attention to detail to ensure order accuracy
• Physical stamina for manual picking and equipment operation
• Ability to work well in a team environment
