Are you an experienced Personal Injury Paralegal ready to take the next step into leadership? Our client in Dallas, TX is seeking a Personal Injury Paralegal Manager to lead and support a team of paralegals while ensuring the successful management of pre-litigation and litigation matters. This is an excellent opportunity for a seasoned professional who thrives in a fast-paced legal environment and enjoys coaching, developing, and supporting legal staff. If you have extensive personal injury experience, strong case management skills, and a passion for leadership, we'd love to hear from you.
Requirements:
- Five years of personal injury litigation experience
- Strong knowledge of both pre-litigation and litigation processes
- Extensive experience handling and reviewing medical records
- NEOS experience required
- Paralegal certificate required
- Bachelor’s degree is preferred
- Previous management, team lead, or mentoring experience is preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel, including spreadsheets and chart creation
Hours: Monday – Friday, 8:00 am – 5:00 pm (flexible scheduling available)
