A compensation adjustment may be considered based on performance, reliability, productivity, accuracy, attendance, organizational skills, and the ability to independently manage shipping and receiving responsibilities.
A salary increase after the 4-month review is performance-based and is not automatic or guaranteed.
What We're Looking For
We are looking for someone who takes ownership of the warehouse rather than simply waiting for instructions.
A successful candidate should be able to see what needs to be done, keep the warehouse organized, receive incoming freight correctly, prepare outgoing shipments accurately, work safely with pallets and forklifts, and make sure day-to-day warehouse operations run smoothly.
If you have hands-on shipping and receiving experience, are comfortable operating a forklift, and are looking for an opportunity where strong performance can lead to increased responsibility and compensation, we would like to hear from you.
