Schedule: Mon-Fri | 9/10-Hour Shifts | Some Saturday Overtime Required

Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented Assembler to join our manufacturing team. In this role, you will build, test, inspect, and package small to medium-sized components and products while ensuring all quality and safety standards are met. The ideal candidate is dependable, mechanically inclined, and comfortable working in a fast-paced production environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Read and interpret blueprints, specifications, work orders, and reports to verify assembly processes and quality requirements.
  • Follow established assembly procedures to build complex parts using hand tools and various machinery.
  • Position and secure workpieces and components using clamps and other equipment.
  • Clean parts and components using washing tubs, water, cleaning solutions, air hoses, and cloths.
  • Package finished products for shipment, including:
  • Assembling boxes
  • Lining boxes with protective materials
  • Inserting foam and packaging materials
  • Placing products into boxes
  • Closing, sealing, and labeling shipments
  • Conduct product inspections and quality checks, including pressure measurements and leak testing.
  • Identify quality issues, determine root causes, and rework parts as required to meet specifications.
  • Support Continuous Improvement (CI) initiatives and participate in improvement activities and events.
  • Maintain and support 6S workplace organization standards.
  • Follow all company safety policies and procedures, including proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE).

Qualifications & Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED preferred; equivalent experience will be considered.
  • Previous manufacturing, assembly, or production experience is a plus.
  • Ability to work 10-hour shifts.
  • Ability to work overtime as needed.
  • Ability to stand for extended periods, up to 10 hours per shift.
  • Ability to frequently stand, bend, squat, stoop, and lift throughout the workday.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
  • Ability to follow written instructions, blueprints, and work procedures.
