- The estimated pay range for this role is $40 - $60 per hour based on experience
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of electricians and other electrical workers on-site
- Ensure compliance with electrical codes, standards, and safety regulations
- Review and interpret blueprints, schematics, and other project documentation
- Plan and execute electrical installations according to project specifications
- Monitor project progress and conduct quality inspections to ensure proper installations
- Manage project schedules, material procurement, and budget adherence
- Troubleshoot and resolve electrical issues as they arise
- Coordinate with other subcontractors to ensure seamless project integration
- Inspect and test electrical systems and components to identify hazards and defects
- Maintain accurate records of project progress, employee performance, and compliance with regulations
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as site foreman or superintendent over at least 15 workers
- Experience in large-scale commercial or multi family electrical projects
- Must be familiar with lighting control & fire alarm systems
- High school diploma or GED
- Master or Journeyman Electrician license highly desired
- Proficiency with project management software and tools
- Strong understanding of electrical codes and regulations
- Proven track record of successfully managing electrical teams and projects
- Strong communication and leadership abilities
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
- Strong organizational and project management skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Knowledge of safety protocols and procedures
