Job Title: Electrical Site Superintendent/Foreman

**This is a full-time permanent direct placement opportunity.

  • The estimated pay range for this role is $40 - $60 per hour based on experience
Responsibilities & Duties:
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of electricians and other electrical workers on-site
  • Ensure compliance with electrical codes, standards, and safety regulations
  • Review and interpret blueprints, schematics, and other project documentation
  • Plan and execute electrical installations according to project specifications
  • Monitor project progress and conduct quality inspections to ensure proper installations
  • Manage project schedules, material procurement, and budget adherence
  • Troubleshoot and resolve electrical issues as they arise
  • Coordinate with other subcontractors to ensure seamless project integration
  • Inspect and test electrical systems and components to identify hazards and defects
  • Maintain accurate records of project progress, employee performance, and compliance with regulations
Qualifications & Skills:
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience as site foreman or superintendent over at least 15 workers
  • Experience in large-scale commercial or multi family electrical projects
  • Must be familiar with lighting control & fire alarm systems
  • High school diploma or GED
  • Master or Journeyman Electrician license highly desired
  • Proficiency with project management software and tools
  • Strong understanding of electrical codes and regulations
  • Proven track record of successfully managing electrical teams and projects
  • Strong communication and leadership abilities
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
  • Strong organizational and project management skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Knowledge of safety protocols and procedures
