The chosen candidate will have the opportunity to work closely with attorneys and other paralegals on interesting cases and be a valuable member of the litigation team! Duties include but are not limited to:
- Trial preparation and attendance
- Scheduling
- Discovery
- Document review and management
- Calendaring
- State and federal court filings
- Legal and fact research
- Timely interaction with all parties involved
