2nd shift: 3:00pm – 11:15pm (Mon-Fri)

3rd shift: 11:00pm – 7:15am (Sun-Thurs)

Training hours: All Training occurs on 1st Shift: 7:00am - 3:15pm (Mon-Fri) for 3-4 months before moving to 2nd or 3rd shift

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Manufacturing Technician to support pharmaceutical manufacturing operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing materials, supporting production activities, and ensuring compliance with GMP regulations. This role involves measuring, weighing, documenting, equipment operation, and maintaining cleanliness throughout the manufacturing process.

Responsibilities

Prepare and handle materials used in pharmaceutical manufacturing processes.

Measure, weigh, and document production activities accurately.

Follow GMP regulations and standard operating procedures throughout the manufacturing process.

Set up, operate, and monitor manufacturing equipment.

Support production operations by recording process parameters and making routine equipment adjustments as required by procedures.

Take and document readings, observations, and quality checks during manufacturing activities.

Disassemble, clean, sanitize, and maintain equipment following production runs.

Handle and move raw materials, including 55 lb bags and up to 175 lb drums, with team lifting assistance when needed.

Complete batch records, weight checks, and production documentation accurately and in a timely manner.

Maintain a clean, organized, and compliant work environment.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

High School Diploma or equivalent.

Must have reliable work history and attendance record.

1+ years of experience in a pharmaceutical, food, chemical, laboratory, or manufacturing environment.

Experience following SOPs and GMP regulations.

Comfortable working with chemicals and pharmaceutical compounds.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Sauk City, WI.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $25.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
