HIRING Production Associates – No On-Site Interview Required**

Pay: $23.50 - $25.50/hr | Multiple Shifts Available

Available Schedules:

• 1st Shift: Mon–Fri | 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM ($23.50/hr)
• 2nd Shift: Mon–Fri | 2:00 PM – 10:30 PM ($25.50/hr)
• 3rd Shift: Sun–Thu | 10:00 PM – 6:30 AM ($25.50/hr)

Paid Training (Week 1): Mon–Fri | 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM

Job Description:

• Fill and package 5‑gallon buckets of finished caulk products
• Palletize and prepare completed orders for shipment
• Perform quality checks and record production data
• Package and label products accurately
• Support daily production goals alongside your team
• Maintain a clean, safe work area
• Follow all PPE and respirator safety requirements

Skills/Requirements:

• 1+ year of experience in manufacturing, production, warehouse, construction, or general labor
• Ability to lift 40–50 lbs consistently
• Comfortable working in a physically demanding industrial environment
• Strong attention to detail and reliable attendance
• Ability to complete basic production documentation
• Must remain clean shaven for proper respirator fit

Work Environment:

• This position is located in a heavy manufacturing facility where employees regularly lift up to 50lbs and may be exposed to dust, odors, and industrial materials.
• Respirators may be required in certain areas.
• Safety training and PPE are provided.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Brighton, CO.

The pay range for this position is $23.50 - $25.50/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
