Assembly Technician- Pay Up To $18/hr- IN.

Location: Eagle Creek, IN.

Pay: $18-$22/hr

Shift: 1st shift- 8:00 AM- 5:00 PM (Monday-Friday)

• Grind and sand composite parts to required specifications using electric grinders and sanders.
• Install hardware and subassemblies such as washers, bolts, brackets, and fittings.
• Perform detailed finishing work using hand and power tools.
• Inspect parts to ensure they meet quality standards.
• Maintain accurate production records and documentation.
• Read and follow work instructions, blueprints, and schematics as trained.
• Assist with packaging and preparation of completed parts for shipment.
• Follow safety procedures and wear required PPE when working with composite materials.

• Strong attention to detail
• Mechanical aptitude and hands-on skills
• Experience using hand and power tools
• Ability to learn and follow repeatable processes
• Good time management skills
• Ability to stand for an 8-hour shift
• Ability to perform precision work while maintaining quality standards

• Assembly or production experience
• Grinding and sanding experience
• Mechanical assembly experience
• Experience reading blueprints or schematics
• Composite manufacturing, fiberglass, or vacuum bagging experience
• Machine operation experience

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Eagle Creek, IN 46214.

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $22.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
