Job Description
We are seeking experienced and safety-focused Forklift Operators to support a high-volume manufacturing environment. This role is responsible for safely moving materials, loading/unloading shipments, and supporting production flow within the facility.
Responsibilities
- Operate sit-down, stand-up, and/or reach forklifts safely and efficiently.
- Load and unload trucks, ensuring accurate inventory movement.
- Transport raw materials and finished goods throughout the facility.
- Perform inventory tracking using RF scanners or warehouse systems, if applicable.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment following 5S standards.
- Conduct daily equipment inspections and report any issues.
- Support general warehouse or production tasks as needed.
Essential Skills
- 2 years of recent forklift operating experience (sit-down, stand-up, or reach truck preferred).
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, production-driven environment.
- Strong attention to safety and detail.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
- Experience with RF scanners or WMS systems is a plus.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand/walk for extended periods.
- Reliable attendance and strong work ethic.

Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract position based out of Kansas City, KS.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $19.75 - $19.75/hr.
Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
