Seeking a 4–6-year PM who can help support current PM staff. Reason for opening: Team is growing a bidding more work Key Responsibilities: - Support Project Managers in all phases of commercial construction projects. - Assist with project planning, scheduling, procurement, budgeting, and closeout activities. - Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, consultants, and project stakeholders. - Manage RFIs, submittals, change orders, and project documentation. - Track project costs, labor, and schedules to ensure projects remain on budget and on schedule. - Participate in project meetings with clients, architects, engineers, and subcontractors. - Review drawings, specifications, contracts, and project requirements. - Assist with monthly cost reporting, forecasting, and financial tracking. - Monitor construction progress and proactively identify and resolve project issues. - Support field teams and Superintendents to maintain quality, safety, and production goals. - Build and maintain strong relationships with owners, architects, engineers, and subcontractors. - Manage smaller projects independently while supporting larger commercial projects under senior leadership. - Ensure all work is completed in compliance with company standards, contract documents, and safety requirements. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field preferred. 4-5 years of commercial construction project management or assistant project management experience. Experience supporting projects ranging from approximately $20K to $7M. Strong understanding of commercial construction means, methods, and sequencing. Knowledge of contracts, submittals, RFIs, change orders, budgeting, and scheduling practices. Experience working with owners, architects, engineers, and subcontractors. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and construction management software such as Procore, Bluebeam, Microsoft Project, Primavera P6, or similar platforms. Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications: Experience with ground-up and renovation commercial construction projects. OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 certification. Experience with healthcare, education, industrial, municipal, multifamily, or general commercial projects. **The ideal candidate should have solid pre-construction experience, estimating, budgeting, scheduling, scope development, and coordinating with design teams during the planning phase. We have an upcoming laboratory and clean room project that we'll be designing and building, so any background with lab, clean room, or other technical/controlled-environment facilities would be a big plus.**

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $48.00 - $60.00/hr.
Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
