Job Description
Looking for a hands-on mechanical role with strong earning potential and long-term career growth? We're hiring Industrial Maintenance Technicians to support equipment installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair in industrial environments. This is a great fit for candidates with maintenance, mechanic, millwright, manufacturing, or industrial experience.
What You'll Be Doing
- Install, maintain, and repair industrial equipment and machinery
- Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues
- Work on motors, pumps, gearboxes, bearings, conveyors, and related equipment
- Perform preventative maintenance and equipment inspections
- Use hand tools and power tools to complete repairs and installations
- Fabricate, modify, or repair equipment as needed
- Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean work area
What We're Looking For
- 2+ years of mechanical, maintenance, industrial, or related experience
- Strong troubleshooting skills and mechanical aptitude
- Experience working with industrial equipment
- Ability to use hand and power tools
- Valid driver's license preferred
- Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
Experience That's a Plus
- Industrial maintenance experience
- Millwright experience
- Electrical troubleshooting experience
- Hydraulics or pneumatics experience
- Welding or fabrication experience
- Conveyor, pump, motor, or gearbox experience
- Blueprint reading experience
