What You'll Do:
- Perform Flux Core MIG welding on structural steel components
- Read and interpret blueprints, welding symbols, and fabrication drawings
- Fabricate, fit, and weld large-scale bridge structures
- Operate fabrication equipment and overhead cranes
- Maintain quality workmanship while following safety standards
What We're Looking For:
- Structural steel welding experience
- Flux Core MIG welding experience
- Blueprint reading and fabrication skills
- Ability to pass 3F, 4F, and 3G weld tests
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in various welding positions

Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of Shakopee, MN.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $28.00 - $33.00/hr.
