Bonus incentives throughout the year reward both safety and production performance, and holiday bonuses are provided, with special events such as catered lunches to recognize team efforts. Leadership takes an all-hands-on approach, working alongside employees and providing support on the floor, fostering a collaborative and engaged culture in a stable, nationwide manufacturing organization.

Work Environment

The role is based in a manufacturing facility that produces bricks and paver stones for construction. The environment is not temperature controlled and can become dusty due to the materials handled. You work around approximately 50 production employees across four shifts. The position involves both indoor and outdoor work, frequent lifting of up to 50 lbs, and regular operation of heavy-duty dual mast sit-down forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment.
