The Recruiting Coordinator works closely with a team of recruiters in a fast-paced recruiting organization, serving as an integral partner in managing recruiting activities and building strong candidate relationships. This role often provides candidates with their first impression of the company and requires an organizational expert who collaborates effectively with internal stakeholders and external candidates. The Recruiting Coordinator communicates clearly, adapts quickly to changing priorities, and contributes to building a high-performing organization of talented individuals. Responsibilities
- Schedule interviews and phone screens by working directly with candidates and hiring teams, including arranging travel for visiting candidates when needed.
- Update candidate records and job postings in recruiting systems to ensure accurate and timely information, and confirm new hires within the system.
- Provide follow-up correspondence to candidates regarding their recruiting status through phone and email, maintaining a professional and positive candidate experience.
- Track recruiting activities and compile candidate status information into weekly reports for the recruiting team and other stakeholders.
- Coordinate post-interview debrief meetings and prepare and distribute debrief materials to interviewers and hiring decision-makers.
- Identify and recommend opportunities to improve the candidate experience and increase scheduling efficiency across the recruiting process.
- Assist in the coordination and execution of other recruiting activities and events as needed to support the overall recruiting function.
Essential Skills
- At least 1 year of experience as a recruiting coordinator or in a similar coordination role.
- Proficiency with MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Experience with calendaring and scheduling in a professional environment.
- Strong administrative skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
- Customer service mindset with the ability to support candidates and internal stakeholders effectively.

Work Environment
This role is based onsite five days per week in a corporate office environment. The position involves frequent use of standard office technologies, including MS Office applications such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, as well as recruiting and calendaring systems for scheduling and candidate management. The work setting is fast-paced and dynamic, with frequent changes in priorities and daily interaction with candidates and internal teams. Professional attire appropriate for an office environment is expected.

This is a Contract position based out of Seattle, WA.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $24.00 - $24.00/hr.
Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
