Customer Service Specialist

Randstad has partnered with an industry-leading Property & Casualty Insurance Company—recognized as one of America's Top Employers—to hire multiple Service Representatives for their Commercial Lines team in Worcester, MA. This role offers a six-month temp-to-hire path with comprehensive job training, ongoing mentorship, and opportunities for salary growth upon permanent hire.

salary: $21 - $21.5 per hour
shift: First
work hours: 10 AM - 9 PM
education: High School

Responsibilities

• Respond to incoming/outbound calls and emails regarding billing, certificates of insurance, and general inquiries.

• Process a high volume of Certificate of Insurance and ID card requests within service-level timelines.

• Perform outreach calls for new business, renewals, and customer satisfaction checks.

• Assist with mailbox indexing, First-Party Collections outreach, and returned mail processing.

Qualifications

• Experience: 2+ years of customer service experience required; prior experience in Commercial Rating or Agency Customer Service is preferred.

• Education: College degree preferred, but not required.

• Technical Skills: Proficiency in navigating and operating proprietary software and online databases.
