Key Responsibilities
  • Operate CNC Lathe machines equipped with Fanuc controls.
  • Perform tool changes and adjust offsets to maintain quality production.
  • Make basic program edits when necessary.
  • Inspect finished parts using precision measuring instruments, including micrometers, calipers, and gauges.
  • Read and interpret blueprints and manufacturing drawings.
  • Monitor machine performance and identify quality concerns.
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.
  • Follow production schedules and quality standards.

Qualifications
  • Minimum 2 years of CNC Lathe machining experience.
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
  • Experience using micrometers, calipers, and other precision measuring equipment.
  • Strong understanding of machining tolerances and inspection processes.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Preferred Qualifications
  • CNC Lathe or Swiss machining experience.
  • CNC setup experience including offsets and tooling adjustments.
  • Experience with Fanuc-controlled machines.
  • Basic CNC programming or editing experience.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $50000.00 - $100000.00/yr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
