- Answering inbound customer service calls regarding product availability, pricing, order shipment confirmations, and modifications to existing orders
- Addressing customer complaints and following up with acceptable resolutions, including completing customer complaint forms
- Responding to incoming emails from customers and sales representatives, providing quotes, and sending EDI PO acknowledgments, ASNs, and invoices
- Filing invoices and sales orders, updating order ship dates, and maintaining customer planning reports
- Managing customer inventory, communicating about blanket POs, and initiating RGAs (Returned Goods Authorizations) for damaged or incorrectly ordered parts
- Updating Routing Guides and collaborating with the team to ensure adequate inventory based on customer requirements
- Performing other tasks as assigned to support distribution operations
- Have EDI knowledge and experience
- Possess strong interpersonal communication skills, both verbal and written
- Demonstrate a high level of discretion and ability to maintain confidentiality
- Have 5+ years of experience as a dedicated and friendly Customer Service Representative, fostering strong customer relationships and delivering exceptional support
