Location: San Jose, CA

We're seeking a detail-oriented Robot Operator to work hands-on with cutting-edge humanoid robots in a fast-paced AI and robotics environment. In this role, you'll execute test scenarios, document results, identify issues, and support engineers in improving next-generation robotic technology.

• Operate humanoid robots through predefined test procedures.
• Execute tests using simple controls, software interfaces, and test equipment.
• Accurately document test results, observations, and system performance.
• Identify and report issues, anomalies, and unexpected robot behavior.
• Communicate findings to engineering teams.
• Follow safety procedures and maintain an organized lab environment.
• Support basic troubleshooting and test validation activities.
• Manage test data and reports using computer-based tools.

• Experience in a production, testing, lab, manufacturing, or similar environment.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow processes consistently.
• Comfortable performing repetitive tasks while maintaining accuracy.
• Basic computer skills, including data entry and documentation.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office or similar software.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.

• Experience as a Test Technician, Production Operator, Lab Technician, Quality Inspector, or related role.
• Basic knowledge of electronics, hardware testing, or computer systems.
• Interest in robotics, automation, or emerging technologies.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of San Jose, CA.

The pay range for this position is $26.00 - $29.00/hr.
