Schedule

Move to 2nd Shift after training:

• Monday-Thursday | 3:15 PM - 1:45 AM

Training (6-8 weeks): 1st Shift

What You'll Do

• Mix and match inks to exact color specifications

• Measure, weigh, and blend materials

• Calculate ink quantities using formulas

• Operate a forklift to move materials

• Support production and press operators

• Maintain quality, safety, and organization

What We're Looking For

• Strong attention to detail

• Good math and measuring skills

• Manufacturing or warehouse experience

• Forklift experience preferred

• Ability to follow formulas and work instructions

• Able to lift up to 60 lbs

• Reliable attendance and work ethic

Bonus Experience

• Printing or press operation

• Color matching or paint/ink mixing

• Mixing, batching, blending, or chemical handling

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of York, PA.

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $22.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
