Production Worker / Woodshop FabricatorStart Immediately | Weekly Pay | $35.00 - $40.00 per Hour

Join a skilled production team where you will build custom exhibits, crates, and display components using a variety of woodworking tools and materials. This role is ideal for individuals with woodshop, carpentry, cabinetmaking, or fabrication experience who take pride in quality craftsmanship and working safely.


Key Responsibilities
  • Follow all company safety policies, procedures, and guidelines.
  • Maintain accurate production records, including timecards, material logs, and cut sheets.
  • Operate woodworking equipment safely and efficiently, including:
    • Table saws
    • Jointers
    • Band saws
    • Routers
    • Drill presses
    • Nail guns and staple guns
    • Other shop equipment as needed
  • Assemble fabricated components using knock-down (KD) construction methods and specialized fasteners.
  • Work with a wide variety of materials, including:
    • Lumber
    • Plywood
    • MDF
    • Acrylic
    • Metals
    • Laminates
    • Wood veneers
    • Plastics
  • Create and utilize cut sheets to maximize material efficiency and minimize waste.
  • Build shipping crates and containers according to specifications and production schedules.
  • Test-fit exhibit and display components to ensure proper assembly and functionality.
  • Manage workload effectively to meet production deadlines.
  • Collaborate with team members and follow supervisor direction to ensure project success.
  • Assist with additional production and shop duties as assigned.

Qualifications
  • Previous experience in woodworking, carpentry, cabinetmaking, fabrication, manufacturing, or a related field preferred.
  • Ability to safely operate woodworking and hand tools.
  • Ability to read measurements and use basic shop math.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing quality work.
  • Ability to lift materials and work in a fast-paced production environment.
  • Dependable, team-oriented, and safety focused.

Pay & Schedule

'05; Pay: $35.00 - $40.00 per hour

'05; Weekly Pay

'05; Immediate Start Available

1st Shift:

  • 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM
  • 7:30 AM - 3:30 PM

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of WOODBURY, MN.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $30.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
