Job Title: Welder I and II
Job Description
We are seeking skilled Welders I and II to join our team, performing tack and bead welds using arc welders and electrode rods. The role involves operating hand and power tools to grind, bevel, fit metals, and remove slag. Candidates with welding certification and over five years of experience in welding/fabrication are preferred.
Responsibilities
- Utilize modification and welding skills (minimum AWS 3G/4G level) to rework cab and other components.
- Perform welding (AWS 3G/4G) according to blueprints.
- Learn and retain necessary skills and practices to complete welding tasks in the assigned area.
- Fabricate components from raw stock, following detailed operator instructions, installation drawings, and blueprints.
Essential Skills
- MIG welding
- Blueprint reading
- Fabrication and use of measurement tools
- Understanding of AWS welding symbols
- Ability to set up, adjust, and maintain welding machines
Job Type & Location
This is a Permanent position based out of Ephrata, PA.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $49920.00 - $58240.00/yr.
Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
401k: 100% match of first 3%, and 50% match for the next 2% - 4 Tiers: Employee only, Employee and Spouse, Employee and Children, Family. 3 plan options: PPO, HDHP Gold, HDHP Silver - Dental and Vision Plans - Basic life insurance coverage of $30,000 - PTO: 60 hours in first 2 years, then 100 hours year 2-5, 140 hours year 5-10, 180 hours at 10 years and after
