1st Shift - Machine Operator

Shift: 1st Shift | Monday-Friday | 6:00 AM-2:30 PM

We are looking for a reliable Machine Operator to join our manufacturing team. This position is responsible for operating production equipment, monitoring quality, performing machine setups, and maintaining a safe and clean work environment.

• Operate and monitor manufacturing equipment.
• Set up machines and make basic adjustments as needed.
• Load materials and ensure proper production flow.
• Perform quality inspections on finished parts.
• Read and follow work instructions and production specifications.
• Troubleshoot minor machine issues and report concerns to supervisors.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Complete other duties as assigned.

• 2+ years of machine operating experience.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints or production documents.
• Experience in manufacturing or production environments.
• Comfortable using hand and power tools.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Job Type & Location

This is a Permanent position based out of Leetsdale, PA.

The pay range for this position is $40000.00 - $45000.00/yr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
