Maintenance Technician

We are seeking a dedicated Maintenance Technician to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for performing a variety of maintenance tasks across our facilities, ensuring the smooth operation of various systems and equipment.

• Replace lightbulbs and perform minor lighting maintenance tasks.
• Unclog toilets and address plumbing issues.
• Replace and maintain ceiling tiles.
• Perform minor HVAC maintenance and repairs.
• Conduct minor electrical maintenance.
• Handle general maintenance duties.

• Electrical troubleshooting
• Maintenance technician experience
• Repair and preventive maintenance skills
• HVAC, plumbing, and carpentry knowledge
• Mechanical and painting skills
• Experience with drywall, apartment maintenance, and building maintenance

• Experience with facility maintenance, lighting, and cleaning
• Knowledge in welding, housekeeping, and hand tool usage
• Experience with boiler systems and blueprint reading
• Any trades experience, including plumbing, HVAC, and electrical, is beneficial
• Comfortable working on ladders frequently

We provide a company vehicle and a gas card for your convenience. All necessary tools are supplied, ensuring you have the resources you need to excel in your role.

The position requires a 40-hour work week with a typical 8 to 5 schedule. Fluctuating weekend work may be required. A company vehicle and gas card are provided, along with all necessary tools.

This is a Permanent position based out of Lexington, SC.

The pay range for this position is $49920.00 - $54080.00/yr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.

This is a fully onsite position in Lexington,SC.
