Schedule: Monday - Friday, 3:30 PM - 12:00 AM

Position Overview

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate Reach Trucks and powered industrial equipment safely and efficiently.
  • Pick customer orders accurately using RF scanners and warehouse management systems.
  • Read and interpret pick tickets and order requests.
  • Pull products based on item number, quantity, and size requirements.
  • Stage, wrap, and prepare orders for shipment.
  • Ensure order accuracy and meet quality standards.
  • Consolidate partial pallets and organize inventory.
  • Inspect forklifts and material handling equipment before use.
  • Identify and report safety concerns or workplace hazards.
  • Follow company quality, safety, and customer service standards.
  • Perform general warehouse duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications
  • Minimum of 1 year of forklift or reach truck operating experience.
  • Experience using RF scanners and warehouse inventory systems.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Basic math skills.
  • Knowledge of OSHA safety practices and warehouse procedures.
  • Ability to work independently and within a team environment.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience operating multiple types of material handling equipment.
  • Previous warehouse, distribution, order picking, or shipping experience.
  • Strong commitment to workplace safety and operational excellence.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Mickleton, NJ.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $22.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
