  • Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic issues on high‑voltage industrial machines.
  • Conduct preventive maintenance to ensure machines run reliably and efficiently, minimizing downtime and production interruptions.
  • Inspect and verify that all electrical and mechanical components of milling machines and furnaces are functioning properly.
  • Read and interpret schematics, blueprints, and technical documentation to diagnose and resolve equipment issues.
  • Set up, adjust, and operate milling machines as needed to support production and maintenance activities.
  • Use hand tools and test equipment to repair, replace, or adjust machine parts and components.

  • Participate in training on PLCs and the fundamental operation of the milling machines to improve troubleshooting capabilities.
  • Follow safety procedures and use appropriate personal protective equipment while working with high‑voltage and industrial equipment.
  • Document maintenance activities, repairs, and parts used to maintain accurate records and support continuous improvement.
  • Support production by responding promptly to machine breakdowns and returning equipment to service as quickly and safely as possible.
Essential Skills
  • 2–3+ years of experience in maintenance, preferably in an industrial or manufacturing environment.
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and comfort working with complex machinery and getting hands-on with repairs.
  • Experience with troubleshooting and repairing mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic systems.

  • Background in industrial maintenance involving hydraulics and high‑voltage machinery.
  • Experience working with furnaces or industrial ovens.
  • Familiarity with machine setup and operation in a production environment.
  • Comfort working in loud, dirty, and grease-heavy industrial environments.
  • Strong foundational maintenance experience that supports further training on specialized equipment.
  • Positive attitude and strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to fit well into a small, experienced team.
  • Interest in expanding skills in PLCs and advanced machine controls through on-the-job training.
