Weâre looking for a skilled, selfâdriven Maintenance Technician who enjoys solving problems, working independently, and keeping critical industrial equipment running smoothly. Youâll be the goâto expert for electrical troubleshooting, motor controls, conveyor systems, and facility maintenance across multiple distribution locations.

Key Responsibilities đ§
- Preventative Maintenance â Perform scheduled maintenance on conveyors, motor controls, and industrial electrical/mechanical systems to reduce downtime and extend equipment life.
- Breakdown Response â Act as the primary onâsite resource for equipment failures, diagnosing issues quickly and restoring safe operation.
- 3âPhase Electrical Troubleshooting â Inspect, diagnose, and repair industrial 3âphase power systems using meters, schematics, and wiring diagrams.
- Motor Control Repair â Service starters, contactors, relays, and related components to ensure reliable motor and drive performance.
- PLC Equipment Support â Troubleshoot sensors, I/O, and control wiring on PLCâcontrolled equipment (no programming required).
- Mechanical Repair â Repair belts, rollers, bearings, and conveyor components to maintain smooth material flow.
- Fabrication & Welding â Perform basic welding and fabrication for equipment repair and structural reinforcement.
- Blueprint Interpretation â Work from wiring diagrams, schematics, and manuals to complete accurate repairs.
- Facility Maintenance â Handle general building tasks including lighting, minor repairs, and handyman duties.
- Documentation â Record maintenance activities to support reliability, compliance, and scheduling.
- MultiâSite Support â Travel between facilities as needed, maintaining tools, service vehicles, and equipment.
Required Skills & Experience đ ď¸
- 2+ years industrial maintenance experience
- 1+ year handsâon motor control troubleshooting
- Strong experience with industrial 3âphase power systems
- Experience performing preventative maintenance on electrical & mechanical systems
- Ability to troubleshoot PLCâcontrolled equipment (I/O, sensors, circuits)
- Mechanical repair experience (bearings, belts, rollers, conveyors)
- Ability to read wiring diagrams, blueprints, schematics
- Strong electrical troubleshooting skills
- Experience in material handling or industrial environments
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Valid driverâs license and ability to travel locally
Preferred Qualifications â
- Conveyor Experience â Strong advantage for candidates familiar with material handling systems.
- Primary Maintenance Role â Experience working in facilities without inâhouse maintenance support.
- PLC Familiarity â Understanding of sensors, relays, and control circuits.
- Mechanical & Electrical Versatility â Ability to work across multiple equipment types.
- Task Prioritization â Skilled at balancing PM schedules with urgent repairs.
- Handyman Skills â Comfortable with minor building repairs and lighting work.

Work Environment đđ
Youâll support multiple distribution facilities in Greensburg, Homer City, Neville Island, Erie and Altoona, working around conveyors, industrial electrical systems, and active material handling operations.
This is a handsâon industrial role requiring safe work practices, proper use of tools and test equipment, and readiness to perform both electrical and mechanical tasks throughout the shift.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $40.00/hr.
