1st Shift Technician

• Bend and shape aluminum heat pipes using specialized fixtures and bend dies for aerospace and military applications.
• Read and interpret blueprints through the company computer system to ensure accurate assembly and production.
• Use hand tools, measuring devices, and digital protractors to verify precise dimensions and bend angles.
• Perform fabrication, assembly, inspection, and quality checks on aerospace components.
• Maintain a clean, organized work area while following safety and quality standards.

• Previous pipe bending, fabrication, assembly, or manufacturing experience.
• Strong measuring skills and exceptional attention to detail.
• Ability to read and follow blueprints and work instructions.
• Stable work history and good communication skills.
• High School Diploma or GED required.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Lancaster, PA.

The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $23.00/hr.
