Assembler

Location: Bellefonte, PA

Pay Rate: $16.00 per hour

Schedule: Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Assembler/Inspector to join our team in Bellefonte, PA. This position is responsible for assembling products, inspecting components for quality, and ensuring production standards are met. The ideal candidate is dependable, safety-conscious, and committed to producing high-quality work.

• Assemble products and components according to work instructions and specifications.
• Inspect parts and finished products for quality and accuracy.
• Identify and report defects, quality concerns, or production issues.
• Use hand tools and basic measuring devices as needed.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Follow all company safety policies and procedures.
• Meet daily production and quality goals.
• Complete required documentation and production records.

• Previous assembly, manufacturing, or inspection experience preferred but not required.
• Ability to stand, walk, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Basic math and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Dependable attendance and punctuality.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Bellefonte, PA.

The pay range for this position is $16.00 - $16.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
