Repair Station Supervisor
Job Description
The MRO Manager oversees daily repair station production activities, coordinating maintenance workflow from receipt through shipment. The role ensures work is performed in accordance with FAA regulations, approved technical data, and company procedures, while supporting turnaround time objectives and customer commitments.
Responsibilities- Coordinate manpower, scheduling, and operational priorities.
- Support turnaround time objectives and customer commitments.
- Collaborate with Quality, Inspection, Planning, and Customer Service personnel.
- Ensure accurate maintenance records and operational documentation are maintained.
- Assist with process improvement and operational efficiency initiatives.
- Quality control, assurance, and inspection expertise.
- Proficiency in using tools such as blueprints, calipers, micrometers, and performing visual inspections.
- Knowledge of FAA Part 145 maintenance operations.
- Familiarity with maintenance workflow, planning, and production control.
- Working knowledge of approved technical data and maintenance documentation requirements.
- Proficient in ERP/MRO systems and Microsoft Office.
- Strong communication and leadership skills.
- Organized and detail-oriented.
- Effective communicator with a strong leadership ability.
- Ability to prioritize workload and manage deadlines.
- Commitment to quality and operational efficiency.
- Supports training and qualification requirements for assigned personnel.
- Escalates operational or compliance concerns to executive or quality management.

Job Type & LocationThis is a Permanent position based out of Fort Myers, FL.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $80000.00 - $95000.00/yr.
Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
