Pay: $25-35/HR
Schedule: Full-Time | Monday-Friday
Training Schedule: 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday
Post-Training Schedule: Flexible start times available, offering employees greater flexibility and work-life balance once training is successfully completed.
Join Our Team!We are seeking a detail-oriented Assembly Technician to join our growing team. This position is ideal for candidates with experience in electronics assembly, cable assembly, or soldering who enjoy hands-on work and take pride in producing high-quality products. You'll work in a collaborative environment where your attention to detail and ideas for process improvement are valued.
Responsibilities- Solder wires to connector pins and sockets ranging from 24 AWG to 16 AWG.
- Assemble cables, connectors, and waterproof servo components using hand tools and custom assembly equipment.
- Perform final assembly using arbor presses and specialized tooling.
- Apply epoxy potting to connectors and components.
- Test and inspect cables and assemblies for shorts, opens, and overall functionality.
- Package finished products and prepare items for shipment.
- Follow quality standards and work instructions to ensure product reliability.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
- Recommend process improvements to enhance quality and efficiency.
- Minimum 2 years of electronics assembly, cable assembly, or soldering experience.
- Ability to perform precision soldering and assembly work.
- Experience using hand tools, power tools, and assembly equipment.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
- Ability to read and follow work instructions, diagrams, and specifications.
- High attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Soldering certification is a plus, but not required.

This is a hands-on manufacturing and assembly position in a clean, organized production environment. Initial training is conducted Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $52000.00 - $72800.00/yr.
Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
