Schedule: Standard Business Hours + On-Call Rotation

Position Summary Randstad is seeking a Clinical Supervisor to join the Center for Urban Community Services (CUCS) overseeing clinical and operational programming at The Park House and Webster Avenue residences in the Bronx. Serving 110 supportive housing units across two adjacent buildings, this role leads a team consisting of a licensed social worker and four case managers supporting formerly homeless individuals, including those living with HIV/AIDS and mental illness.

Key Responsibilities

  • Direct day-to-day clinical, operational, and administrative functions for the housing site and clinical team.

  • Ensure program alignment with contractual obligations, compliance standards, and outcome metrics.

  • Oversee client intake, manage outreach team referrals, and maintain effective staffing coverage.

  • Partner with property management and security staff on site maintenance, environmental health, and facility safety.

  • Participate in an evening and weekend on-call rotation to provide emergency clinical and site support.

Qualifications & Experience Tiers

  • Education: Master’s degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage & Family Therapy, Public Administration, Public Health, Psychology, or related human services field required (LCSW, LMHC, or LMFT preferred).

  • Experience Tiers:

    • Level 1: Master’s degree + 2 years relevant experience.

    • Level 2: Master’s degree + 3 years relevant experience (1 year supervisory).

    • Level 3: Master’s degree (or active LCSW/LMHC/LMFT) + 4 years relevant experience (2 years supervisory).

    • Level 4: Active LCSW/LMHC + 2 years post-license experience OR Master's + 6 years relevant experience (4 years supervisory).

  • Licensure Credit: Holding an LMSW, MH Counselor Limited Permit, or MFT Limited Permit counts toward 1 year of required experience.

Responsibilities

  • Clinical & Operational Supervision: Direct day-to-day operations of the clinical housing team and physical sites, providing clinical oversight and administrative direction to a licensed social worker and four case managers.

  • Program Management & Compliance: Ensure program alignment with contractual obligations, organizational standards, funding requirements, and continuous quality improvement goals.

  • Intake & Staffing: Oversee referral reviews from outreach teams, coordinate client intake processes, and maintain proper staffing levels to guarantee continuous service delivery.

  • Site Management & Safety: Collaborate closely with property management and security personnel to manage building maintenance, environmental safety, and overall facility operations.

  • Emergency Coverage: Participate in an on-call rotational schedule to provide administrative and clinical emergency support during evening and weekend hours.
