Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Systems Engineer to join our team and streamline processes through automation and rapid operational enhancements. You will collaborate with our software, data, and business teams to document processes and map applications across the entire project lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Simplify processes and drive automation for operational efficiency.
• Collaborate with software and data teams to document processes and map applications throughout the project lifecycle.
• Develop and implement tools, including inventory management and dashboards.
• Engage in some project management tasks, such as gathering requirements and working with stakeholders.
• Utilize technical languages such as Python, TypeScript, React, and JavaScript for full stack systems engineering.
• Leverage GitHub, DevOps, and Kubernetes for development operations.
• Use AI tools, with a focus on transitioning AI agents from Python to TypeScript when necessary.
• Participate in product meetings on Mondays and focus on development tasks from Tuesday to Friday.

Essential Skills

• 3-5 years of experience in full stack systems engineering.
• Proficiency in Python, TypeScript, React, and JavaScript.
• Strong understanding of GitHub, DevOps, and Kubernetes.
• Experience in gathering and working with requirements and stakeholders.
• Initiative to identify gaps and problems and create effective solutions.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Experience with AI agent development.
• A degree is preferred but not required.
• Familiarity with Revit, AutoCAD, and EPC

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Austin, TX.

The pay range for this position is $48.00 - $50.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
