Why Work Here?
You join a stable, growing organization that offers strong benefits and insurance, along with a supportive culture in a smaller company setting. Work Environment
The role is based in a heavy manufacturing facility in Bucyrus, Ohio, dedicated to producing heavy-duty impact crushers, portable crushing and screening plants, jaw crushers, and conveyors for concrete, asphalt, aggregate, and recycling markets. The shop is an older welding facility that houses newer equipment and machinery, offering a blend of established infrastructure and modern tools. The environment is typical of heavy manufacturing—dirty, hot, and noisy—with a strong emphasis on safety and productivity. There is a solid team of welders and a dedicated maintenance staff of four, contributing to reliable operations and equipment upkeep. Tenure among employees is high, reflecting a workplace where people tend to stay.
