In this highly visible role, you'll partner closely with hiring managers and leadership to attract, hire, and retain exceptional talent while helping drive key HR initiatives that support employee success. What You'll Do:Talent Acquisition & Recruiting- Lead full-cycle recruitment for both exempt and non-exempt positions, from intake meetings through onboarding.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs, develop recruiting strategies, and build strong talent pipelines.
- Create and maintain accurate, compelling job descriptions aligned with business needs and organizational competencies.
- Manage job postings, source candidates, review resumes, conduct screenings, coordinate interviews, and support hiring decisions.
- Conduct structured, compliant interviews and coach hiring managers on best practices for candidate evaluation.
- Deliver an exceptional candidate experience that reflects our company culture and values.
- Build proactive talent pipelines for recurring and hard-to-fill positions.
- Prepare and extend employment offers while ensuring compliance and accuracy.
- Coordinate and complete background checks in accordance with company policies and applicable regulations.
- Track recruiting performance metrics and provide insights on time-to-fill, pipeline health, and hiring outcomes.
- Serve as a trusted resource for employee and manager HR inquiries.
- Support employee relations matters, including investigations, documentation, corrective action, and performance improvement initiatives.
- Assist with administration of FMLA, ADA accommodations, and other leave programs.
- Maintain accurate employee records and HR data within ADP.
- Conduct exit interviews, analyze trends, and recommend improvements to enhance employee retention and engagement.
- Support benefits administration, payroll coordination, employee lifecycle transactions, and HR processes.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, employment laws, and HR best practices.
- Prepare and analyze HR reports to support workforce planning and business decision-making.
- Assist with HR audits, policy updates, and compliance initiatives.
- 1+ years of experience in an HR Generalist, HR Specialist, or similar HR role.
- Proven full-cycle recruiting experience, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer management, and onboarding.
- Experience using ADP Workforce Now and/or ADP Vantage.
- Working knowledge of employment law, employee relations, performance management, and leave administration (FMLA/ADA).
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Industrial/Organizational Psychology, or a related field.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Self-motivated professional capable of working independently and taking initiative.
- Experience supporting manufacturing, engineering, construction, industrial, or skilled-trades workforces.
- SHRM-CP certification.
- Workforce planning and talent forecasting experience.
- HR analytics, reporting, and data-driven decision-making skills.
- Experience supporting investigations, audits, and regulatory compliance initiatives.

This is a fully onsite position, Monday through Friday. Typical working hours fall between 8:00 AM and 6:00 PM, with an 8-hour workday. Occasional extended hours may be required during peak business needs, generally 3-4 times per month.
You'll join a close-knit HR team consisting of an HR Director and two HR Generalists, providing excellent opportunities for collaboration, professional development, and career growth.

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $28.84 - $28.84/hr.
Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
