Job Description

We are seeking a Facilities Coordinator 2 for a temporary position to cover a worker on leave. This role requires a candidate with a strong customer service and administrative skills to manage a 50,000 sq ft facility over three floors. The position involves ensuring compliance with policies, maintaining tenant relations, and coordinating with vendors to provide excellent facility services. The role is expected to last approximately six weeks, with the possibility of extension.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain interface with third-party owners and tenants, ensuring total contract lease compliance and resolving tenant relations issues.
  • Cultivate and maintain trusted working relationships with client representatives, external, and third-party service providers.
  • Communicate and escalate issues with appropriate parties, including managers, clients, and vendors.
  • Partner with the client and team members to implement best practices and cost-saving initiatives.
  • Provide overall facility services in accordance with standard processes and procedures, ensuring compliance with local, state, and federal laws.
  • Lead and assist with receiving and dispatching work requests to vendors, landlords, or other third-party service providers.
  • Manage and coordinate scheduling of third-party maintenance activities and track work order completion.
  • Ensure all site management and operations practices follow company Master Service Agreement requirements and client standards.
  • Support facility inspections of vendor performance in soft and hard services.
  • Manage and coordinate facility budgets and track variances.
  • Monitor workflow to assure timely completion within established SLA’s and KPI’s.
  • Lead, manage, coordinate, and support meetings with service providers and other stakeholders.
  • Conduct root cause analysis for vendor failures and support client RCAs.

Essential Skills

  • High School Diploma or equivalent. Military service or college education in business management or related field is desirable.
  • 3 years of proven work experience managing multiple commercial facilities within a geographic region.
  • Strong leadership, customer service, and interpersonal skills.
  • Knowledge of applicable financial and accounting terms and principles in commercial property management.
  • Strong client service orientation with the ability to provide information and respond to inquiries.
  • Ability to comprehend and interpret instructions, correspondence, and memos.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

  • Experience with facilities maintenance, customer service, and Microsoft Office.
  • At least 2 years of experience as a facilities coordinator.
  • Experience in overall facility services, meeting vendors, facility management, vendor management, and work orders.

Work Environment

The role is based in a 50,000 sq ft facility spread over three floors. The work schedule is either 7am - 4pm or 8am - 5pm. The position involves interacting with a diverse group of clients and vendors, and requires strong administrative skills. Interviews will be conducted via Teams. The work environment encourages collaboration and proactive problem-solving to ensure efficient facility operations

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract position based out of Frisco, TX.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $24.00 - $24.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
