LHH Recruitment Solutions is partnering with a growing privately owned quickly scaling firm in Indianapolis seeking a Senior Accountant. This is a newly created role due to growth and succession planning. This position will support a multi-entity organization and will be responsible for a blend of GL accounting/month/year end, audit support, and payroll duties.


Responsibilities:


· General Ledger Accounting

· Month/Year-End Close

· Journal Entries

· Account Reconciliations

· Financial Statement Support

· Multi-Entity Payroll Administration & Related Accounting

· Payroll Reporting, Compliance & Benefits Reconciliations

· Physician Compensation Calculation Support

· Audit Support

· Payroll/GL Integration & Reporting Projects

· Cross-Functional Finance & HR Collaboration

· Backup Support Across Accounting Functions

· Special ERP and Payroll Projects

· Ad Hoc Analysis


Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field required
  • 4+ years' progressive accounting experience required
  • Complex Payroll experience preferred
  • Foundation in public accounting preferred
  • CPA preferred

Pay Details: $80,000.00 to $100,000.00 per year
