Title IX / ADA Coordinator

Direct Hire | Full-Time | On-Site | Lexington, KY

Are you passionate about creating safe, inclusive, and compliant environments? We are seeking an experienced Title IX / ADA Coordinator to lead institutional compliance efforts related to Title IX, ADA, and other federal and state regulations within a higher education environment. This highly visible role will serve as a trusted resource for students, faculty, and staff while ensuring fair, equitable, and legally compliant processes across the organization.

This is an excellent opportunity for a professional with experience in Title IX compliance, ADA administration, investigations, higher education, employee relations, HR compliance, or civil rights programs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as the primary coordinator for all Title IX and ADA compliance initiatives.
  • Manage and oversee investigations involving discrimination, harassment, sexual misconduct, gender-based harassment, and related complaints.
  • Coordinate grievance procedures and ensure compliance with federal and state regulations.
  • Develop, revise, and monitor policies related to Title IX, ADA, equal opportunity, and accessibility.
  • Conduct interviews, gather evidence, prepare reports, and maintain confidential case documentation.
  • Provide training, education, and awareness programs for students, faculty, and staff.
  • Coordinate accommodation requests and ADA-related inquiries.
  • Monitor regulatory updates and recommend policy enhancements to ensure ongoing compliance.
  • Partner with campus leadership, public safety, student affairs, human resources, and other stakeholders.
  • Maintain records, prepare compliance reports, and support institutional risk mitigation efforts.
Qualifications

Required
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Communications, Higher Education, or a related field.
  • Experience interpreting and applying Title IX, ADA, and related compliance regulations.
  • Strong investigative, interviewing, case management, and report-writing skills.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and presentation communication abilities.
  • Ability to manage sensitive and confidential matters with professionalism and discretion.
  • Strong analytical, conflict resolution, and problem-solving skills.
Preferred
  • Experience in a college or university environment.
  • Professional certifications related to Title IX, ADA, civil rights compliance, equal opportunity, or investigations.
  • Knowledge of Clery Act, VAWA, FERPA, and related regulatory requirements.
  • Experience developing and delivering training programs.
  • Familiarity with case management and compliance tracking systems.

Compensation

$50,000 - $65,000 annually
