Position Details

Position: Assembly Associate
Location: Sturgeon Bay, WI
Pay: $20.00/hour
Schedule: 1st Shift | Monday–Thursday, 6:00 AM–4:30 PM
Overtime: Possible Fridays

What You’ll Do

As an Assembly Associate, you’ll play an important role in building quality products while working closely with your team. Your responsibilities will include:

• Assemble and package products and sub-assemblies while maintaining a strong focus on quality
• Follow operation sheets, assembly drawings, and work instructions
• Perform quality checks throughout the assembly process
• Learn and become certified in multiple workstations
• Flex between workstations and support teammates as needed
• Maintain production pace and takt time once certified
• Replenish Kanban inventory bins
• Safely operate tools and equipment while following ergonomic guidelines
• Partner with team leads and co-workers to keep production moving efficiently

What You’ll Bring

• Ability to meet expectations outlined in the Certification Guidelines and Flex Training Program
• Ability to stand, lift, move, and perform hands-on work throughout the shift
• Willingness to wear required PPE and complete audiometric testing, as applicable
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• A reliable, team-focused approach to work
