Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to support an urgent, high‑priority project in Utah. This role is critical to project execution. The Project Manager will take ownership of day‑to‑day project delivery, ensuring work is completed on schedule, within budget, and to client expectations, while supporting current phases and future project expansion.
Responsibilities- Manage large‑scale construction projects from active execution through upcoming phases.
- Drive projects to schedule and budget, with close oversight of cost tracking and forecasting.
- Oversee daily project operations, including managing subcontractors and trades.
- Coordinate with onsite superintendents.
- Serve as a key point of contact for clients.
- Review and manage project budgets and cost breakdowns.
- Partner with internal teams supporting project accounting and reporting.
- Support projects involving sheet metal, plumbing, and HVAC scopes.
- Provide leadership during critical and immediate project needs, with the ability to step in quickly.
- Proven experience as a Project Manager on $10M+ construction projects.
- Experience supporting or leading projects in the $30M+ range preferred.
- Strong background managing projects to both schedule and budget.
- Demonstrated ability to manage and understand detailed project budgets.
- Hands‑on experience coordinating subcontractors, trades, and client relationships.
- Familiarity with mechanical construction environments (sheet metal, plumbing, HVAC).
- Experience with project management or construction accounting software preferred.
- Ability to read and understand design drawings.
- Experience with industrial projects highly preferred.
- Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management, Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or related field preferred.
- Experience with Vista by Viewpoint software is helpful but not required.
The position is onsite in Everett, WA, where the Project Manager will be actively involved in the management of construction projects, requiring interaction with various teams and stakeholders in a dynamic and collaborative environment.
Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of Everett, WA.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $60.00 - $62.50/hr.
Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
